Our story began with a summer vacation, when we first fell in love with Pagosa Springs and the scenery that surrounds it. What started as a getaway grew into a lasting connection, and a desire to help others find their own place in this mountain town.

Christine, originally from Illinois, loves the snowy winters alongside our three dogs. Tony, an Arizona native, embraced the change that mountain living brings. Our family’s roots keep growing here, with children and grandchildren now calling the San Juans home.
